The crisp, fruity Zibbibo - indigenous to Sicily, is in fact the same grape varietal as Muscat de Alexandria. The notes of white peach, soft floral aromatics of orange blossom and jasmine make for a lovely starter wine for me.
 
Bright, perfumed and a zesty citrus finish - it's a lovely pre-dinner tipple in our house.
 
TNWG Food Pairings: Actually it is best beforehand, given its light zesty approach but it does go well with a salty packet of crisps!
