This is refreshing and creamy - combining a beautiful array of white fruits with the elegance of fine minerality and lovely brioche notes on the finish too.
Gently pressed so that only the first draw down, the cuvee was received. Created in the Traditional Champagne method, so double fermentation, the wine spending a total of 12 months on lees which adds body, complexity and those lovely sweet breaded notes.
TNWG Food Pairings: Fish and chips! Got to be! Sounds crazy but the sparkly creaminess of this wine, really resonates with some grease on your plate. Failing that, have it as a lovely aperitif prior to dinner.
